Qualifications

• Active RN license in all OSH practice states.
• Ability to manage time and work autonomously with reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication on calls.
• Flexibility to work shifts outside core hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide confident, professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current prescription refill policy.
• Engage with patients without background distractions.
• Document calls clearly and precisely during each interaction.
• Complete documentation for all patient requests before ending a call.
• Check CareReq queue and ensure requests are complete.
• Schedule appointments for off-cadence patients or those requesting visits.
• Arrange transportation for clinic visits.
• Demonstrate reliability and meet departmental metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
