Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy.
• Document clearly during calls.
• Schedule appointments for patients and arrange transportation.
• Check CareReq queue and ensure CareReqs are complete.
• Complete all tasks within the scope of the role.
• Strive to meet departmental metrics and objectives.
• Engage in remote training and development.
