Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for VC/PE clients. You will process wires and payments, document activities, and help maintain compliance under the Treasury Manager's guidance.

The role emphasizes client service, accuracy, and teamwork across treasury, fund accounting, and related departments. A foundational treasury background and excellent attention to detail are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• You are familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G‑suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations, including wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Adhere to treasury policies and procedures for compliance.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on processing client cash transactions.
• Work with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
