Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for our venture capital and private equity fund clients. You will process wires and payments, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with internal policies.

This role offers hands-on treasury exposure, working with fund accounting and operations, and opportunities to grow as Aduro's service model evolves. Remote work across the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are proactive, resourceful, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations, including wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Adhere to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on processing client cash transactions; maintain a client service mentality.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Assist Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
