Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a detail‑oriented Treasury Associate to support day‑to‑day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires and payments, maintain documentation, and escalate issues to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.

This role offers hands‑on experience in a growing treasury function. You will collaborate with fund accounting and other internal teams, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Resourceful, driven, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to provide excellent outputs and thoughtful, detailed work.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G‑Suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record‑keeping.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions and reconcileled processes.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure smooth operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects as needed.
