Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for VC/PE clients. You will process wires and payments, collaborate with fund accounting, and help maintain compliance under the Treasury Manager's guidance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury or related finance roles and a Bachelor's degree, with strong analytical and service-oriented skills. Remote work from home across the US is possible within listed states.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and client-service oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACHs and payments
• Execute payment instructions and maintain documentation
• Identify and elevate client service issues to the Treasury Manager
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks
• Support reconciliation and prepare basic treasury reports
• Collaborate with fund accounting to process client cash transactions
• Work with Accounting and People Ops to ensure smooth operations
• Suggest minor process improvements to increase efficiency
• Assist on ad hoc treasury projects as needed
