Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations for our Venture Capital and Private Equity clients. You will process wires, ACH payments, and other instructions with accuracy under the guidance of the Treasury Manager.

You’ll collaborate with fund accounting and operations teams, uphold treasury policies, and help generate basic reports. A 1–2 year background in treasury/finance and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and a strong work ethic.
• Client service mentality when interacting with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process wires, ACH payments, and other payment types accurately and timely.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Identify and escalate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Coordinate with fund accounting on client cash transactions.
• Collaborate with Accounting and People Ops for seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to increase efficiency.
