Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for our venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACH payments, and other payments, and maintain proper documentation.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will collaborate with fund accounting and People Ops, help with reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements while delivering strong client service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G‑suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify and raise potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager/Head of Treasury.
• Help ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal/regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting on client cash transactions and maintain a client-service mindset.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for small process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Assist the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
