Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day‑to‑day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACH payments, and other cash movements, and work closely with the Treasury Manager to uphold internal policies and accuracy.

This role offers hands‑on experience, growth opportunities, and collaboration with fund accounting and People Ops teams in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager.
• Adhere to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting, People Ops, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
