Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for Venture Capital and Private Equity fund clients. The role reports to the Treasury Manager and emphasizes accurate payment processing, strong client service, and adherence to internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury or related fields, a Finance-related degree, and comfort with Treasury Management systems and standard office tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, driven with attention to detail and delivering quality outputs.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify potential client service issues or operational discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal procedures.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
