Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day‑to‑day treasury operations for our Venture Capital & Private Equity clients. You will report to the Treasury Manager and process wires, ACH payments, and other transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in treasury or finance, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful with attention to detail and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G‑suite, Microsoft Office, Box and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations including wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure documentation and records are up to date.
• Identify and escalate service issues or discrepancies to Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Help ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting, Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc projects for the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury.
