Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a motivated Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for Venture Capital and Private Equity clients. You will process wires and payments, maintain documentation, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Fund Accounting, and People Ops teams, contributing to process improvements while growing foundational treasury skills in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, and common business software.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality outputs and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations, processing wires and ACH payments accurately.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain documentation.
• Identify and escalate client service or operational issues to the Treasury Manager.
• Help ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Assist with reconciliations and basic treasury reporting.
• Collaborate with fund accounting, People Ops, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to improve efficiency.
