Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a detail‑oriented Treasury Associate to support day‑to‑day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity fund clients. You will process wires and payments, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with Treasury Manager to maintain compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in treasury operations and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate potential client service issues to Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on cash transactions and maintain client service mindset.
• Work with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support ad hoc projects for Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury.
