Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day‑to‑day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires and payments, assist with reconciliations, and prepare basic treasury reports under the guidance of the Treasury Manager.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in treasury operations, a finance-related degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Resourceful, driven, and detail‑oriented with client service focus.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G‑suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including wires, ACH payments, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain documentation and records.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on cash transactions and client service.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements and participate in ad hoc projects.
