Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity fund clients. You will process wires and ACH payments, document activities, and help ensure policies and regulatory compliance.

The role offers remote work across the US and opportunities to grow within a dynamic treasury team. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury or related fields, a finance/business degree, and strong attention to detail with excellent

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACH payments and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate client service or operational issues to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Assist with reconciliation activities and basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions and internal service.
• Work with accounting and People Ops to ensure smooth operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects as needed.
