Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for our Venture Capital and Private Equity clients. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will process wires and payments, document transactions, and help maintain control processes.

This full-time, remote role is open to candidates in specified US states. The salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative team focused on practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations or finance.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACHs, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate service issues or discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Assist Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
