You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and messaging, assist with itineraries, changes, and special requests, and communicate destinations and travel requirements clearly.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support is preferred.
• Highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.
• Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to booking platforms.
• Passionate about travel and delivering excellent client support.

Responsibilities
