Job summary

Elite Escapes is hiring a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design and sell custom travel itineraries. You will pair destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach, guiding clients from first inquiry to confirmed reservation—whether solo, group, destination wedding, or family travel.

You will communicate clearly, juggle quotes and bookings, and use CRMs and booking tools to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
Fast learner on new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, collaboration platforms.
Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus but not required.
Genuine passion for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsibilities

Create personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
Engage with clients to uncover needs, present options, and close sales.
Resolve questions about payments, changes, upgrades, and add-ons promptly.
Share insider tips and timely deals to enhance each trip.
Lead customers from planning through post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
