Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design personalized itineraries and guide clients from initial inquiry to confirmed booking. You will combine destination knowledge with a consultative sales approach to craft trips for solo travelers, groups, weddings, or family getaways.

You will manage quotes, coordinate payments, and provide ongoing support, sharing insider tips and timely offers to close sales while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple quotes and itineraries.
• Experience using CRM systems and booking engines.
• Travel industry knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans based on client budgets and preferences.
• Engage with clients to uncover needs, present options, and close sales.
• Handle questions on payments, dates, changes, and add-ons promptly.
• Share insider travel knowledge and timely deals to enhance bookings.
• Support clients throughout pre-trip, during travel, and post-trip follow-up.
