Elite Escapes is hiring a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design customized trips and guide clients from inquiry to reservation. The role blends destination expertise with a consultative sales approach, delivering solo escapes, group trips, weddings, and family adventures.

You’ll manage flights, stays, tours, and packages, closing sales while providing in-depth travel knowledge and exceptional client service. Remote, flexible hours, and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable guiding conversations to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools - CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required - we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsabilités

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish - pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
