Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new tools including CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover ideal trips, present options, and close sales.
• Resolve questions on payments, changes, upgrades, and add-ons promptly.
• Share insider knowledge on gems and experiences to differentiate trips.
• Manage pre-trip planning, payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups.
