Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design custom itineraries and close sales through consultative, client-first service. You will guide travelers from inspiration to confirmed reservation for solo trips, groups, weddings, or family travel, all from a remote setting.

In this role, you’ll manage quotes and bookings, resolve questions on payments, date changes, and add-ons, and share insider tips to elevate every journey.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable guiding conversations to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.

Aufgaben

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client’s budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions promptly (payments, date changes, add-ons).
• Provide insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, timely deals.
