Job summary

Kim Luxe Travel is hiring a Remote Travel Assistance professional to support clients planning, preparing for, and enjoying their trips from home. You will handle travel-related requests, provide destination guidance, and ensure clients feel supported at every step.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with customer service experience in travel or hospitality, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions.
Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer support preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests
Provide clear guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes
Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients when needed
