Job summary

Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Assistance specialist to support clients as they plan, book, and enjoy their trips from home. You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and messaging, guide destinations, and manage reservations and itinerary changes.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with customer service experience in travel or hospitality, highly organized, reliable, and comfortable using booking systems and digital tools to help clients travel with confidence.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality preferred.
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities
