Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that connects travelers with vacation options. As a Remote Client Advisor, you will work with clients to understand their ideas, budgets, and dates, researching resorts, cruises, and experiences to tailor recommendations.

This fully remote role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, onboarding training, and ongoing mentorship, plus access to travel supplier resources and industry benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to listen carefully and understand client needs.
• Good organization and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in customer service or travel-related roles is helpful but not required.
• U.S. residency required (or other qualifying regions).

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn vacation ideas and priorities.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, and packages.
• Present travel options clearly to clients.
• Coordinate selected vacation components with suppliers.
• Communicate regularly via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Follow up on decisions and upcoming travel needs.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and booking information.
