Job summary

Hope's Global Getaways, a remote travel planning company, is seeking Travel Planning Consultants to assist clients from initial planning through reservations.

You will research destinations, compare options, and coordinate bookings in a virtual setting, with 100% remote opportunities and flexible scheduling. Candidates must be 18+, reside in eligible regions, and be capable of independent online work.

Responsibilities

• Discuss trip ideas, preferred dates, budgets, and priorities with clients.
• Research destinations and available vacation services.
• Compare hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, excursions, activities, and transportation.
• Develop recommendations based on each client's individual requirements.
• Explain relevant features, package inclusions, and available supplier offers.
• Coordinate requested arrangements using approved reservation resources.
• Review traveler information and booking details for accuracy.
• Track deposits, final payments, documentation needs, and important deadlines.
• Prepare and organize confirmation and itinerary information.
• Communicate updates and follow up on outstanding planning decisions.
• Assist with common questions and routine reservation changes.
• Maintain current and organized client records.
• Continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and vacation products.
