Responsibilities

• Compare options and identify choices that fit individual client needs.
• Provide information about vacation services, amenities, inclusions, and booking requirements.
• Assist with arranging selected trip components using approved supplier resources.
• Prepare and organize reservation confirmations and itinerary details.
• Monitor important dates, payment deadlines, and outstanding planning items.
• Review traveler information and reservation details to help prevent errors.
• Keep clients informed as their vacation arrangements progress.
