Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company offering destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, and luxury getaways for clients worldwide. We seek organized, proactive Travel Coordination Specialists to help manage vacations from research to reservations in a fully remote role.

You will coordinate cruises, resorts, all-inclusive vacations, family trips, and other experiences, with training provided and flexible scheduling for beginners.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand trip requirements and priorities.

• Identify options that fit dates, interests, and budgets.
• Assist clients with reviewing and selecting arrangements.
• Coordinate services through supplier systems and organize confirmations.
• Verify traveler details, dates, and services before finalizing.
• Track deposits, payments, and deadlines; follow up on pending info.
• Provide progress updates and handle routine questions and changes.
• Maintain accurate, organized records for each client.
• Stay current on supplier offerings and destination information.
