Qualifications

Responsibilities

Discuss upcoming trips with clients and identify their interests, preferred dates, priorities, and spending range.
Explore destination and vacation options using approved professional resources.
Research resorts, accommodations, cruises, tours, activities, transportation, and package options.
Narrow down choices and present relevant recommendations for clients to consider.
Explain available services, package inclusions, promotions, and reservation requirements.
Help coordinate the vacation components selected by each client.
Work with approved supplier resources to arrange and manage reservation information.
Prepare and organize confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding decisions, deadlines, and required information.
Check traveler information and reservation details for completeness.
Assist with routine questions, updates, and booking modifications.
Keep client profiles, preferences, communications, and arrangements organized.
Stay informed about destination developments, supplier products, and current vacation opportunities.
Deliver consistent service that encourages client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
