• Provide confirmations, itineraries, and reminders for clients.

• Review booking details for accuracy before departure.
• Monitor active reservations and keep clients informed throughout planning.
• Maintain organized client records and communication logs.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers to deliver excellent client support.
