Hopesglobalgetaways is expanding its remote customer care team and seeks a dedicated Trip Planner to guide clients through vacation planning. You will research destinations, coordinate reservations, and prepare detailed itineraries, ensuring every aspect of the trip is thoughtfully arranged.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients to learn travel preferences, goals, dates, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, packages, and activities.
• Recommend customized travel experiences tailored to each client’s interests.
• Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements using approved platforms.
• Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel documents.
• Assist with reservation changes, schedule adjustments, cancellations, and special accommodations.
• Verify booking details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain regular client communication with updates and travel questions.
• Keep organized records of client information, reservations, and correspondence.
• Work with travel partners to provide outstanding support and solutions.
• Participate in supplier training and destination education opportunities.
