• Share travel confirmations, schedules, documentation, and trip-related updates.
• Assist with itinerary modifications and travel-related requests.
• Review travel plans and booking information for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor active travel arrangements and assist with final preparations before departure.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and trip information.
• Utilize company resources, supplier partnerships, and training materials to support travelers.
• Participate in ongoing education and destination training.
