Hopesglobalgetaways seeks Customer Relations Advisors for a fully remote role. You will connect with travelers, understand their vacation goals, and offer tailored recommendations across destinations, accommodations, and experiences. You’ll coordinate reservations, share itineraries, and keep clients updated throughout the journey.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients to understand travel interests, preferences, and objectives.
Assist travelers in exploring destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and experiences.
Provide customized recommendations that align with client needs and budgets.
Support coordination of reservations, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
Share travel confirmations, schedules, documentation, and trip-related updates.
Assist with itinerary modifications and travel-related requests.
Review travel plans and booking information for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor active travel arrangements and assist with final preparations before departure.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and trip information.
Utilize company resources, supplier partnerships, and training materials to support travelers.
Participate in ongoing education and destination training.
