Responsibilities

• Research travel options and present recommendations based on client needs and budgets
• Assist with coordinating reservations, itineraries, and trip-related arrangements
• Share booking confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important updates
• Support clients with itinerary adjustments, special accommodations, and travel-related requests
• Review reservations and travel details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
• Track upcoming departures and assist with finalizing travel plans
• Maintain detailed client profiles, communication records, and trip information within company systems
• Utilize supplier resources and company tools to support client travel experiences
• Participate in ongoing training programs, destination education, and professional development opportunities
