Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking Vacation Client Support Advisors to join our fully remote team. You will guide clients from idea to itinerary, coordinate reservations, answer questions, and ensure a seamless vacation planning experience.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, organization, and problem solving, and can work independently with reliable internet access in a flexible remote environment. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn travel interests, preferences, and schedules.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation, excursions, and travel experiences.
• Present customized vacation recommendations based on client goals and budgets.
• Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements using approved supplier and booking platforms.
• Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, travel documents, itineraries, and departure information.
• Assist clients with reservation changes, itinerary revisions, and special accommodation requests.
• Review reservations and travel details to ensure accuracy before departure.
• Monitor active bookings and provide timely updates throughout the planning process.
• Maintain accurate client records, booking information, and communication history.
