The Claros Travel is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support clients throughout their trip journey—from booking to post-trip follow-up—delivering a seamless, personalized experience. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and messaging, assist with bookings, confirm itineraries, and maintain records in booking

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology, booking systems, and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure trips bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations.
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their trips to ensure a positive travel experience.
• Address client questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
