You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and messaging; assist with bookings, modifications, and cancellations; provide destination information; and follow up to ensure itineraries and satisfaction. A passion for travel and client-focused service is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and learning booking systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
