Rudyb Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients through every stage of their journey, from booking to post-trip follow-up, in a 100% remote role.

In this client-facing position, you will respond to inquiries, assist with luxury and leisure bookings, provide destination information, coordinate itineraries, and ensure a seamless, personalized experience with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems/booking platforms.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as required.
