Rudyb Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients through every stage of their travel journey. You will be the primary contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—delivering a seamless, personalized experience for luxury and leisure travelers.

The role values detail-orientation, service-minded attitude, and strong communication. You’ll work entirely remotely, coordinate bookings, provide destination guidance, and resolve issues with empathy

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries for accuracy and satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
