Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support clients throughout their travel journey—from inquiry to post-trip follow-up. You will answer questions about destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and travel packages, guiding clients through booking and preparation while maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and composure under pressure
• Familiarity with booking platforms, CRM systems, and email tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive, professional communication
• Guide clients through travel planning, options, and bookings
• Prepare clear quotes, itineraries, and summaries for client review
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm details
• Track bookings, deadlines, and client requests
• Provide updates before, during, and after travel
• Document all client interactions in the CRM or booking system
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Follow up after trips to gather feedback and encourage future bookings
