Unique Escapes, a remote travel services company, seeks a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support clients through inquiry, planning, booking, and post-trip follow-up. You will handle inquiries across destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and packages, guiding clients with expertise and a client-focused approach.

You will maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate with travel suppliers, and resolve service concerns promptly while delivering memorable travel experiences.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client bookings and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Comfort with booking platforms, CRM tools and client communications software.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication.
• Guide clients through travel planning: destinations, rooms, flights, packages.
• Understand client preferences, budget, dates, group size, and special needs.
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries and summaries for client review.
• Assist with account setup, documents and platform navigation.
• Answer questions on reservations, payments, requirements and policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm details.
• Track bookings, payments, travel dates, and pending requests.
• Provide timely updates before, during and after travel.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up after trips to gather feedback and encourage future bookings.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and growth.
