Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to assist clients through their travel journey—from inquiry and planning to booking, pre-travel prep, and post-trip follow-up.

You will answer questions about destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and packages, maintain CRM records, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles; travel industry a plus.
• In-person or remote customer support experience acceptable; strong communication required.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, bookings, and deadlines simultaneously.
