Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support clients throughout their travel journey—from inquiry and planning to booking, pre-travel prep and post-trip follow-up. You will be the trusted contact for questions on destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and packages, while maintaining accurate client records.

You will coordinate with travel suppliers, resolve service concerns, and guide clients with clear quotes, itineraries, and booking summaries.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Comfort with booking platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Develop lasting client relationships with proactive communication.
• Guide clients through travel planning, options, and packages.
• Understand client preferences, budget, dates, group size, requirements.
• Prepare quotes, itineraries, and booking summaries.
• Assist with account setup, profiles, documents, navigation.
• Answer questions on reservations, payments, policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm details.
• Track bookings, payments, dates, and requests.
• Provide timely updates before/during/after travel.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Follow up after trips for feedback and future planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and growth.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
