• Be the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive, professional communication.
• Guide clients through travel planning: destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, packages.
• Prepare quotes, itineraries, and booking summaries for client review.
• Assist with account setup, profiles, documents, and platform navigation.
• Track bookings, payment deadlines, travel dates, and client requests.
• Provide updates before, during, and after travel with reminders and changes.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM; escalate issues when needed.
