In this remote role, you will communicate across email, phone, and messaging platforms, review plans, share destination tips and requirements, and follow up to ensure every detail is in place.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in handling travel-related inquiries is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using online booking tools and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide assistance and guidance
• Review travel plans and help confirm trip details with clients
• Share helpful information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes
• Follow up with travelers before departure to ensure everything is in place
• Respond to client questions and escalates complex concerns when appropriate
