Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales growth by developing relationships with travel agents in a designated territory. You will execute territory plans, deliver training, and promote brand initiatives through in-person and virtual engagement.

Work with Sales leadership, Strategic Partner Division, and Marketing to align with corporate objectives and maximize agency performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of proven sales/marketing experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Territory management and strategic sales execution.
• Build and maintain travel agent relationships to drive sales.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars on Carnival offerings and promotions.
• Develop marketing strategies and provide agents with promotional materials.
• Maintain agency data in CRM and complete activity reporting.
• Manage territory budget and co-op marketing per guidelines.
