Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales growth with travel agents in the Miami area. The role focuses on executing territory plans, delivering training, and promoting brand initiatives through in-person and virtual engagement.

The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in travel industry account management or business development. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field as required.
• Minimum 5+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage travel agency accounts and drive revenue.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute territory management and strategic sales plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents to drive growth.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars on Carnival offerings and procedures.
• Develop marketing materials and support agency promotion efforts.
• Manage agency data in CRM and track budgeted tools.
