Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field as required.
• Minimum 5+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage travel agency accounts and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute territory management and strategic sales plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents to drive growth.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars on Carnival offerings and procedures.
• Develop marketing materials and support agency promotion efforts.
• Manage agency data in CRM and track budgeted tools.
