Qualifications

• Required – Bachelor or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field
• 2 years related experience with children/young adults with complex trauma histories; supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with victims/survivors of human trafficking; knowledge of DFPS and law enforcement designations, definitions, acronyms preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers across regions to coordinate referrals and documentation
• Facilitate regional community meetings and trainings for partner agencies
• Support the Program Director in conducting CSE-IT training sessions for staff and partners
• Supervise and train staff to ensure quality assurance and effective service delivery
• Make critical safety and permanency decisions in consultation with the Program Director
• Address performance challenges and ensure deadlines and safety requirements are met
• Ensure staffing schedules meet program expectations and stay within travel expenditure constraints
• Provide immediate case guidance for direct reports
• Attend community meetings and maintain relationships with providers to avoid duplication of services
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and team decisions
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Other duties as assigned
