Job summary

BCFS Health & Human Services is seeking a qualified professional for a remote field position focused on coordinating referrals, trainings, and supervision across regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, or related fields, with 2 years of trauma-related experience and supervisory skills. Strong communication and bilingual ability (Spanish preferred) are valued as you support partners and ensure program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field.
• 2 years related experience for Bachelor and Master graduates, including work with children/young adults with complex trauma histories.
• Preferred experience with victims/survivors of human trafficking and knowledge of DFPS and Law enforcement designations, definitions, and acronyms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with peers to coordinate referrals and documentation for the assigned service population.
• Facilitate regional community meetings, draft county Care Coordination MOU and protocols, provide trainings to partner agencies.
• As a CSE-IT Super Trainer, support the Program Director in conducting CSE-IT training sessions for internal staff and external community partners.
• Supervise, train, and guide staff to ensure cases meet quality assurance standards and carry out service plans.
• In consultation with the Program Director, make critical decisions affecting client safety and permanency.
• Address performance challenges and ensure deadlines and safety requirements are met.
• Ensure team work scheduling meets program expectations and protocol.
• Ensure travel expenditure limits are respected and safety guidelines followed.
• Provide supportive, accurate, and immediate case guidance for direct reports.
• Attend community meetings and collaborate with providers to avoid service duplication.
