Job summary

BCFS Health & Human Services in Austin, TX seeks a senior trainer supervisor to lead CSE-IT trainings and coordinate care for trafficking survivors. You will supervise staff, ensure QA, and collaborate with cross-regional partners to deliver services with sensitivity to cultural and socio-economic factors.

The role requires a Bachelor and Master’s level preparation with at least 2 years of trauma-related experience, willingness to travel, and optional bilingual Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field.
• Two years of related experience with children/young adults with complex trauma histories, and supervisory experience.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals and documentation across regions.
• Lead regional trainings and draft MOUs and protocols.
• Coach staff; ensure quality assurance and service plans.
• Make critical safety and permanency decisions with Program Director.
• Ensure travel, scheduling, and reporting meet program requirements.
• Attend community meetings and sustain partner relationships.
