Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field.
• Two years of related experience and/or training for Bachelor/Master graduates with supervisory experience.
• Preferred experience with victims/survivors of human trafficking and knowledge of DFPS and law enforcement designations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers across regions to coordinate referrals and documentation.
• Facilitate regional meetings, draft MOUs and protocols, and provide trainings to partner agencies.
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff to ensure quality assurance and accurate case management.
• Make critical decisions affecting safety and permanency in consultation with Program Director.
• Attend community meetings and maintain program relationships with providers while avoiding duplication.
